This campground was re-constructed in 1994 by damming the Hemlock Creek and is located 13 miles North of Weyerhaeuser, Wisconsin on County F with many recreational opportunities.
A boat launch with a dock is located in the campground and gives fisherman access to the 172-acre flowage opportunity to catch panfish, northern pike, and bass. The Ice Age Trail is located nearby and runs for 27 miles in the County Forest. Murphy Flowage picnic area is located across the road with a beautiful log shelter with several picnic tables and barbeque grills for park users.
